Spirited Dinner with Tres Generaciones Tequila

If you havent noticed, agave-based liqour has been trending and on the path of being the best selling category in just a few years. With that being said, we've decided to put together an eclectic pairing of dishes and cocktails featuring Tres Generaciones to showcase the 3 generations of skill and wisdom in the distillation of their tequila. 

Courses:

1. Ceviche- a shrimp and octopus ceviche with citrus juices, tomatoes, onions, avocados, and herbs paired with Tres Generaciones Reposado, himalayan salt, lime, agave, habanero, Serrano, jalapeño, pineapple, Chareau aloe liqueur

2. Poole - maize, red chilis, aromatic spices, tomatoes, chopped onions, cilantro, and pork shoulder paired with Tres Generaciones Plata, cranberry, lemon, curacao & passion fruit

3. Barbacoa Huevos Rancheros- shredded beef, fried egg, salsa verde, black beans, avocados, cilantro, tortilla paired with Tres Generaciones Reposado, orange juice, Jarritos mandarin, lime & Grand Marnier
