For one evening only, we’re bringing Tito’s Handmade Vodka and LALO Tequila to the table for a five-course spirited dinner created exclusively for this event.

Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the character of the spirits, with a cocktail pairing created alongside it to explore a different expression of flavor, balance, and technique.

From bright aguachile and watermelon to slow-cooked birria, smoky brisket, and house-made horchata, the evening moves through five distinct pairings—each one building on the last.
