Yellowstone Spirited Dinner

On February 22nd, we will be hosting our 1st Spirited Dinner Series experience of 2023 with Yellowstone Whiskey. Our friends from Yellowstone offer guests an in-depth education on the science, 140 year history , and lore of the brand while they sip on cocktails created by our very own Jesus Echevarria, and feast on delicious paired dishes from our Chef Anthony Decker.

Yellowstone's very own Steve Beam will be in house to share his love of whiskey and display his knowledge of the Luxco portfolio. 

Yellowstone Select Bourbon Whiskey is a type of bourbon that is produced by the Limestone Branch Distillery in Montana, that gets its name from the local grain and limestone waters that are readily available in the area. The Limestone Branch Distillery was founded in 1884 by the Beam brothers Stephen and Paul Beam, and it is one of the oldest operating distilleries in the state. The company produces a variety of spirits, but its flagship product is undoubtedly its Yellowstone bourbon whiskey which some believe is a national treasure.

About the night:

6pm: Doors open for Cocktail Hour

Guests are encouraged to mingle with the staff, representatives from the brands, and each other while they enjoy their welcoming cocktail and a bountiful cheese & charcuterie spread.

6:45pm: Guests are encouraged to take their seats for the opening presentation and amuse bouche.

7pm: The first course is served, and your Spirited Dinner Series experience is fully underway.
